Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All products ship directly from the facility. Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.

Shipping confirmation and tracking: A tracking number is emailed once an order ships.

Shipping fees: USPS standard shipping is stated as $7.00 per item. Multiple items can be combined and the fee calculated at checkout. For larger items, such as jade statues, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Damaged or missing items: Contact DsgnsByDavid within 3 days of receipt with photos so the issue can be resolved promptly.

Payment policy

DsgnsByDavid accepts major credit cards and PayPal for electronic payments. All transactions are encrypted.
